Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance according to the plan you choose. You may cancel at any time; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of the content you create in Arklim. By using Arklim, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and publish that content solely to operate the service for you.

Arklim and its branding, code, and design are owned by Arklim Incorporated. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or materials beyond normal use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

Arklim is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arklim Incorporated will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Arklim after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
